We want you to be happy with Billion CRM. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date for any reason. This applies to the initial purchase of a subscription as well as to subsequent renewals.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order with the email address you used at checkout, or
- Email us at hello@billioncrm.ai and we will help you open the request with Paddle.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time via paddle.net or from your Billion CRM account settings. After cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. See Paddle's Refund Policy for additional information.
